MUB will be shutting of the water to Customers on Lorentz Avenue and Stewart Street, from Jones Avenue to Lorentz Avenue, and portions of Highland Avenue Thursday, beginning at 9 a.m.
Water will be disrupted for approximately 5 hours, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday.
MUB distributed notices and placed them on the doors of the customers affected by the water shut-off.
MUB will be shutting off water Jan. 11, from approximately 8 a.m. to noon, for customers along Mason Street, from Protzman Street to Yoke Street.
Crews will be installing a new sewage main.
Affected customers have received previous notification.
A scheduled water shut-off will occur Tuesday, Jan. 10, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Westover Area.
Customers on the following streets will be affected:
Alley F
Rhode Island Avenue
Hartford Street, between Connecticut Avenue and Rhode Island Avenue
Maryland Avenue
Connecticut Avenue from Hartford Street to Baltimore Street
Affected customers were previously notified of the water shut-off.
MUB will be shutting off the water in order to work on a fire hydrant in the area.
Water has been shut off due to a leak for customers on Louise Avenue, between James Street and Bond Street, and customers on Harrison Street, between Ridgeway Avenue and Monongalia Avenue.
Crews are on the scene. Customers should expect water to be shut off for a few hours. MUB is working to fix the problem as soon as possible.
MUB has turned off the water between Carson Street and Overhill Street.
MUB will be performing a flow test on Airport Boulevard Friday, Oct. 14.
The test, which is expected to take less than 30 minutes, will begin between 9 and 9:30 a.m. During that time, the Mileground area may experience low water pressure.
Water will be off for three hours at the following locations: Westridge Drive, Southridge Drive, Dupont Heights, Corwin Place, Earl Adkins Drive and the Westover City Office.
